Most likely their current physicians are already members, or they can visit non-network physicians with no reduction in benefits.

UnitedHealthcare Options PPO 80/80: An incredibly flexible plan that lets your employees make their own health care decisions. They can visit any licensed medical provider for any covered health service. Plus, when they visit network physicians, hospitals or health care providers, they can save with reduced rates and fees we have already negotiated.
